The recent well-being conference organised by Connector Media, Prescribing for Health, focused on the role community-based initiatives can play in helping people with common mental health problems. At the event, delegates were invited to give their own personal recipes for wellbeing, and the videos are now available.
Ideas in Motion is an innovative community project helping to inspire young people by providing valuable life skills and unique experiences. The project stimulates ideas and creativity while enhancing problem solving abilities, team building and project management skill through the development of a music video.
In celebration of the positive life choices that Motivate Community Interest Company (CIC) helps young people make, Ian Gamester, head of media production for Connector Media, produced “A short film about Motivation.”
